Clean room with a nice pool. breakfast was pricey without vouchers.

The view was lovely and I loved that getting around was a breeze. Breakfast was particularly accommodating for my picky kiddos' dietary needs—thank you for that! It made mornings much less chaotic.

But, the smoke smell was quite an unexpected fragrance—chic, yet not desirable! Also, who knew microwaves were so exclusive? $10 a day? Must be a gourmet appliance!

Spent 2 nights in a spacious King Room and loved the relaxing vibe by the indoor pool and the sun terrace. The hotel's amenities were solid, and I appreciated the convenience of being able to grab a snack near the leisure room. Just a heads up, the elevators could use some extra cleaning, but that didn’t take away from my overall enjoyment! 🌟

I’ve stayed here multiple times, and this summer trip exceeded my expectations! The rooms were clean and comfortable, with great pillows. The in-room breakfast was surprisingly good and a nice treat to start the day.

the air conditioning was not working

The Hyatt Regency Lisle Near Naperville was beautifully decorated with spacious public areas that were easily accessible for seniors. The staff were warm and attentive, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I especially appreciated the clean, inviting atmosphere throughout the hotel.

Our family enjoyed a restful stay with a convenient location. The fast check-in and friendly staff impressed us. However, we wished for better housekeeping services and updated decor. For future guests, asking for room preferences at check-in might enhance your experience.

On our first night, we hopped between rooms like a game of musical chairs – first, a dirty bathroom, then no hot water, and finally, poor TV reception. A bit of a circus, but the maintenance crew tried their best.

I checked in and they upgraded me to a nice suite because I'm a globalist member. Amber at the front desk handled a lot of guests like a pro while the place had a power surge issue, really impressed how they managed it all, even moved us to other hotels while fixing the AC problem.
